Seminar for members of the State Advisory Council for Participation and the District Advisory Councils for Participation and Integration

We hereby cordially invite you to the seminar Legislation in the State of Berlin: From Draft to Act for Members of the State Advisory Council for Participation and the District Advisory Councils for Participation and Integration.

How do legislative processes run in the state of Berlin from draft to finished law? Who is involved in the process? How can the state advisory board and the district advisory boards contribute their comments and suggestions? How are laws to be read and understood?

Prof. Dr. Stephan Bröchler is Professor of Political and Administrative Sciences at the School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin). Since 2022, he has also been the state election officer for Berlin. He gives a keynote speech and is happy to answer any questions. Reinhard Fischer from the Berlin State Center for Political Education will moderate the conversation with him.

Please register online.

The event takes place in collaboration between the Berlin State Center for Political Education, the Berlin Senate Commissioner for Participation and Migration and MoveGlobal e.V. as part of the Empowering Migrant Voices for Local Integration and Inclusion (EMV-LII) project.
